I've spent 20 years helping healthcare organizations grow, from clinical operations to business development to running the company. I've worked every side of an organization. I know what happens when it grows faster than its leaders, and nobody's sure who owns what or who needs to know.
Now I work with healthcare organizations and practices that are ready for what's next. I help them build more impactful leaders and the systems to scale their operations.

I loved being a leader. The part I loved most was helping good organizations and good leaders become great.
After I stepped down as CEO, I built GoodKnight Consulting to help other leaders make the changes they need to get to their next stage.
